May what I do flow from me like a river,
no forcing and no holding back,
the way it is with children

I had a friend unsubscribe from my blog list today. It was because of the political content. She did not want to read it in the morning in her inbox. I get that. We are inundated, we are overwhelmed, we are disturbed, we are invaded by the news. Aall of that is heightened exponentially during election season. i am not exempt.
The day of the second debate, I was so skittery and amped up I could hardly function. Not a good thing. So I have decided not to politicize in the blog anymore. I am going on the road to work for the president. I will be in New Hampshire for two weeks. But what I will be reporting will not be political, or at least not partisan.
The challenge I am giving myself is to sit with the turbulence, to find little moments of grace, to witness and write from the heart. Come along.
